BNTD Law is Now Bluestein Attorneys

We have a new name!

The business you knew as Bluestein, Nichols, Thompson, & Delgado, LLC is changing its formal
name to Bluestein Thompson Sullivan, LLC and will be known as Bluestein Attorneys.

The name transition is necessary as founding partner John Nichols will be leaving the firm to
serve the Supreme Court of South Carolina as Chief Disciplinary Counsel. As Chief Disciplinary
Counsel, John will supervise the lawyers charged by the Supreme Court of South Carolina to
receive, screen, investigate, and as necessary, prosecute the complaints made against either
judges or lawyers.

John Delgado will also be embarking on a new endeavor as he will be joining the practice of
former U.S. Attorney Bill Nettles.

We celebrate our accomplishments with John and John and are extraordinarily proud of the
representation we have been able to offer our clients at Bluestein, Nichols, Thompson, &
Delgado. We wish John and John well on their new journeys and look forward to continuing our
personal friendships with each of them.

Although our name is changing, our commitment to justice is not.

Bluestein Attorneys will still offer the same quality legal services on which you have come to rely in the practice areas of Appellate Advocacy, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Veterans’ Disability, and Workers’ Compensation.

We are extremely proud of the representation we have provided over the past seventeen years and we will continue to build upon the firm’s heritage of advocating for injured and disabled South Carolinians.
